Section/Plate Rollers
Capable of handling sheets up to 6ft wide and 10mm thickness through a controlled process.
Overhead Cranes
In our main workshop we have 4 overhead cranes with the capability to move objects weighing up to 10 tonnes safely across the shop floor. We also keep the correct slings, chains and other lifting equipment to move any object.
Plasma Cutter
Our LightningHD machine provides the latest plasma technology using hypertherm torches capable of cutting 40mm mild steel with precision.
Bed size: 4 x 2 metres
Press Brake
With 200 tons of pressure, our press brake is capable of bending 4 metre sheet and plate material, CNC controlled for precision.
We also have the capability of bending up to 3 inch tube with our Section Bender.
Guillotene
Our guillotine is capable of taking sheets up to 3m wide and 12mm thick with an automated back stop for precise cutting.
Using a guillotine is cost effective with high output, perfect for simple shapes and repeat components.
